Bloomsburg Track Finishes Indoor Season at PSAC Championships

EAST STROUDSBURG - The Bloomsburg University men's and women's track teams finished out the indoor portion of their season at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships held at East Stroudsburg University.

For the women, Beth Schwing (Hershey/Lower Dauphin) took fourth place in the 3000-meter final, finishing the event in 10:28.55.

On the men's side, Greg McGhee (Philadelphia/Cheltenham) took placed fifth in the finals of the 200-meter event, matching his preliminary time of 22.78 while in the men's mile run, Dave Sandford (Nescopeck/Central Columbia) took a place on the podium, finishing sixth in 4:18.78.

The Huskies will open the outdoor season on March 17th and 18th traveling to Virginia Commonwealth.
